Can you help Willie Walsh, British Airways' chief executive, clear the backlog of lost luggage at T5 in this free online game?
Direct Mr.Walsh around the screen to first collect one bag from the mountain, take it to the security scanner and then onto the conveyor belt. You need to collect and dispatch 10 bags as fast as possible while avoiding the trolleys.
So this is what is really meant by the recent press reports that lost luggage would need to be processed manually!
