Sad to say that I have given feedback to China Eastern on a few occasions but I don't received any reply nor they took any actions.
Many occasions I travelled in their business or first flights, their cutlery is a mixed of metal and plastic. You don't feel you are in the premier class.
Their planes are ageing, some times the reading lights does not work
