KGS is Kos, in the Dodecanese Islands.

    Booking & Check in

Booked with Avios, as a reward flight – good value.

Checked in online, used electronic BP from the app.

Dropped off a bag at T5, the agent had trouble with Fly and had to print my bag tag from the old system. He said (unsolicited|) that the changeover is not going too well.

Fastrack security was a bit neither fast nor slow track.

    Lounge

Went to the North lounge, to avoid the long walk to the South one – had a bacon mini roll and a glass of champagne.

Lounge was not over full, although it was busy.

    Boarding

New policy ignored, CE, Gold, Silver and Bronze all called at once.

    In Flight Service

Pretty good – it was mixed fleet and they did two drinks runs, with the first also including the food offering.

    F&B

Snackbox provided with a bacon and egg sandwich, plus some other stuff.

Ran out of tonic water enroute.

    Arrival

Typical Greek island, small airport, fast luggage delivery.
