A couple of days ago, I had to contact the BMI Diamond Club call centre.
Having had poor experiences of this service in the past, I was a little apprehensive as I dialled. I was pleasantly surprised to find an altogether different experience.
The lady I spoke to was friendly, helpful and my query was dealt with in a very short timeframe.
I'd like to think that BMI took notice of pax views and took corrective action. Well done BMI.
