BA Lounge HKG

BA shares a lounge with Qantas here. The Club lounge is very shabby with lack of proper snacks and too few loo facilities. The loo is still used illegally by smokers ! Often there is insufficient seating. The First section of the lounge isnt much better. There ar 3 BA 747's leaving for LHR within an hour or so of each other plus Qantas own flights so VERY busy !

The Virgin and Cathay Lounges are so much better.

My advice is dont use the lounge.

You are soooooo right about the BA lounge in HKG, a total disgrace. After their amazing facilities in T5, to endure these dumps is tragic. While the Cathay lounge is impressive to see, I still feel it could be easier to use (very confusing entrances, etc. Come on BA, one of your key moneymaking routes, and your lounges there are awful!

Used BA lounge only once in Hkg and that was enough, if you have the BA silver or gold one world card simply go and use the CX lounge. Its very spacious, plenty of seats and good food available. It a bit of a walk back to the usual BA gates but worth it.
