Took me a few minutes yesterday to complete the transfer no problems

My transfer worked first time round. Yes, it was slow (to be expected due to volume of demand) but it is a pretty effortless process! They could have made people submit online (or even hard copy) forms – imagine the delays there! All in all, I think they have done a very good job of it.

Moved the BD miles over this morning, very quick I must say!
