    SEATING:

Configuration of 3-4-3 on a B777 is much too tight. If you are fit (skinny) and you are lucky enough to have a free seat beside you it's acceptable. Leg room is not that great either and there is no foot rest.

    ENTERTAINMENT:

Touch screens works pretty well but the choice of movies and tv series is a little limited.

    AMENITIES:

    None… Not even refreshing towels.

    CATERING:

Main service/dinner served quick rapidly and quality of the main meal is very descent. There's no menu to give you an idea of what's going to be served and you will only be able to chose from 2 main dishes (fish or chicken??).

Drinks aren't served through out the flight. You'll need to walk to the rear of the cabin to help yourself from water or juice. Snacks not available either (don't even think about asking for an apple or banana…).

Breakfast… well… they would be much better off by NOT serving any. On this specific flight we were thrown (yes… thrown) a sort of hot cheese paninni which was dry and in which the cheese was still cold (the whole quite disgusting in taste), along with some drinks served in plastic/paper cups.

    GENERAL:

Having flown a lot with asian carries (Singapore airlines, Thai, Malaysia Airlines and the likes) my expectation might be a little high but overall, considering that Austrian is far from the cheapest airlines, service and comfort NEEDS to be improved (or price lowered to match today's service level).

Although Austrian is the most convenient in terms of flight schedule on this route, NEVER AGAIN (in Economy… Business is actually quite good).
