Very nice lounge at Heathrow and also Mauritius.
Good (but not overwhelming) food and champagne on board. Seat was very comfortable, both for relaxing / dining and sleeping.
Boarding was efficient, avoiding the general stampede.
Not as good a selection of films and music as on some carriers.
