Great check-in easy boarding, Horrible service, horrendous seats.
We fly often and everything looked like it was going to be premium until we got in the air, I felt like we we being held hostage, the seats dont go back, we were thrown a menu and something that I could not identify was in the aluminum tray that was placed on the tray that I could barely take out without hitting my husband.
It took 1 1/12 hours before we saw a attendent again, when I asked if he could take my tray I was told "I will be back" so now in order to watch tv I put the tray on the floor but the peas rolled everywhere, I didnt know whether to laugh or cry. I was so happy to land ....I cried with happiness.
Shame on Air France an the service providers. Never again
