Recently I flew from Shanghai HongQiao airport to Beijing Capital airport. It was a 777ER airplane.
During the flight I encountered, that the airplane has a 3 class configuration.
I bought a first class ticket but I flew in business class.
The crew informed me about the fact that the airplane is not equipped with a regular first class.
This airplanes first class is a “super first class”.
An interesting fact was that the section purser referred during the flight that the first class is business class.
