Recently flew to Riga on airBaltic. Online check in worked great. Got given a voucher for fast track and the lounge.
Boarding was quick with business class loaded first and no stampede at the gate.
Onboard middle seat is kept free and is at the front of the cabin. Seats very comfortable for a flight of just over two hours.
I was in 3A on the way out and 2F on the way back (same aircraft type). Lounge in Riga was excellent.
Service on board was good although they did seem to be ekking the wine out. Not sure if they just didn't have enough or if that is standard practice.
Arrival at Riga was swift and we were off the plane and in the terminal. Bought my airbaltic taxi vouchers on the plane on the way to Riga and that was superb. Nice, easy and efficient.
Return was equally pleasant. Bag on the return leg was off quickly.
