In May of 2011 we had saved for years to be able to fly first class.

While waiting to board we kept hearing this dog continually shrill bark. We boarded and that same dog was seated next to us. Along with his owners numerous items. All the way to Moscow that dog would not shut up we coud not sleep or relax for that dog barking all the way and to think we spent thousands of dollars to listen to a barking dog for 8 hours.

The personnel was no help in trying to quite the dog. We wrote several letters and phone calls to authorites and it took 6 months to get a response, which was they could care less. Now this was going over.

The return flight was 3 hours late which caused us to miss our flights in New York. Due to the lateness we had to sleep in the terminal. Again Aeroflot was no help. We were late on arriving in Moscow and you talk about a hassel trying to get our ticket exchange, everybody refered us to next person. This is just a brief of the terrible service we got from Aeroflot, Never Again.

I had someone board a BA shuttle flight in the 1990's with a seeing eye dog that was a Golden Labrador so I had to deplane and fly BMI (I have a hyper allergy to Golden Labradors - anaphylaxis). Luckily they are few dogs on UK flights.
