The NZ Japan, Continental Europe, UK and several other worldwide sites still show the 24-hour clock.

If their NZ site had previously used 24-hr, perhaps it is just an error that it was somehow switched.

Their times all show a.m. and p.m., so while might be unusual in some areas, doesn't seem like a big deal. People accustomed to 12-hour clocks can certainly adapt when confronted with 24-hr times.
