Hilton Hotels and Resorts has partnered with Embassy Group to develop two hotels in Bengaluru.

A 500-key dual branded project featuring a Hilton Hotel and a Hilton Garden Inn hotel will open in the complex of the 100-acre Embassy TechVillage Business Park near Marathalli on ORR South Bengaluru.

Construction of this new project is expected to begin this year and the hotels will be operational by end 2021/early 2022.

This is Hilton’s third project with Embassy Group following Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links and the signing of its first dual-branded 620-keys twin project at Embassy Manyata Business Park.

As per the agreement, the dual-branded property will be developed and owned by the Embassy Group and managed by Hilton.

“The Hilton partnership has helped us immensely to strengthen our foothold in the hospitality business. We are very bullish about the Bengaluru market, one of the busiest hospitality markets in India. Hilton remains our partner of choice and the new dual-branded property will offer corporate users and residents in that area the best in terms of location, world-class service, global standards in facilities and accommodation,” says Sartaj Singh, president, hospitality business at Embassy Group.

Featuring 300 guest-rooms, Hilton Bangalore Embassy TechVillage will offer three F&B outlets, an executive floor, a business centre, a fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool.

Comprising of 200 guest-rooms, Hilton Garden Inn Bangalore Embassy TechVillage will offer an all day dining and a bar. The hotel will also feature a business centre, a fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool.

The 300-room Hilton and the 200-room Hilton Garden Inn will offer two different price points to corporate users. The new dual-branded property’s design is by Singapore-based Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates. A part of a mixed-use development, it will house F&B and retail outlets, commercial towers and a 30,000 sqf convention facility.
