Cathay Pacific has launched a four-day flash sale to celebrate Chinese New Year.
The promotion runs for bookings made by midnight on February 18, with travel periods varying between April 10 and December 31.
The carrier has highlighted discounted economy fares to Hong Kong from £469 and to South East China and China £479, as well as premium economy fares to Hong Kong from £849.
Return flights to Perth start from £619 in economy and £2,619 in business class.
Note that Cathay was already running a winter sale, which continues until February 28, although these Chinese New Year fares appear to be slightly cheaper (for example London to Hong Kong had been quoted at £489 in previous winter sale promotional material).
Chinese New Year takes places on Friday February 16, with 2018 being the Year of the Dog.
