Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre, Poland
IHG is extending its international portfolio with this new hotel in Poland. The 256-room venue is in the heart of Warsaw, next to several business centres and Warsaw Central railway station. The Open Lobby restaurant offers international dishes, while the lounge opens 24 hours. The hotel has dedicated the entire first floor to meetings and conferences with four well-equipped conference rooms, which can accommodate from 25 to 60 people.
Hotel Des Grands Boulevards, Paris, France
Experimental Cocktail Group, the team behind Henrietta Hotel in London’s Covent Garden, has opened its new property in central Paris this month. The new hotel echoes the time of French Revolution but with a modern twist, decorated by rustic linen, coated walls and old wooden furniture. The 50 rooms, from superior, deluxe to junior, are all equipped with flat-screens and free wifi. On the ground floor, guests can discover the Grand Restaurant in collaboration with Giovanni Passerini, serving classic French-Italian country cooking.
Paragraph Hotel and Spa Shekvetili, Georgia
Located on the Black Sea, Marriott’s first Autograph Collection hotel in Georgia features 220 spacious rooms with private balconies and contemporary design. Guests can also enjoy a 115 metre-long filtered seawater pool, an indoor aqua park, and outdoor yoga sessions, and a spa with aromatherapy skincare. There are four distinct restaurants, including one adjacent 400 sqm mega lobby aquarium.
Kettner’s House, London, UK
Kettner’s House in Soho reopened to public in January after a two-year-long makeover by the Soho House team.. The original Kettner’s was one of the first restaurants in London to served French food, and the new hotel’s restaurant follows suite; the Kettner’s Champagne bar was also an institution, and has been given new fizz with the refurbishment. The boutique hotel itself has 33 individually designed French boudoir-style rooms that vary in sizes. The Jacobean Room has its own luxury dining area in the room, catering by the restaurant downstairs, and its own entrance to the street.

Rosewood Miramar Beach Montecito, California, USA
This new luxury resort with private beach in South California will open in summer 2018. The hotel features 161 ultra-luxury rooms, including 124 bedrooms and 37 suites. There are three restaurant and bars, offering different dining from seasonal and farm-fresh to burgers and ice creams. The 569 sqm Chandelier Ballroom is ideal for events, and the study and the boardroom can hold gatherings and meetings up to 80 people.
Mövenpick Hotel Basra, Iraq
Coming to the centre of Basra within the commercial district of Al Baradi’yah and 25km west of Basra International Airport this year, this new hotel will feature 152 high-quality guestrooms, one all-day dining and one specialty restaurant, an executive lounge and a lobby lounge. A 700 sqm ballroom, a multi-functional hall and meeting rooms are available for meetings and events. There is also an indoor swimming pool, gym, and beauty salon as well as a retail area.
Vintry and Mercer, London, UK
Located near The Shard at London Bridge, Vintry and Mercer will open in March 2018. The new hotel’s 92 bedrooms will range from intimate doubles to suites with glass-panelled balconies that overlook London’s Southbank skyline. All rooms have complimentary wifi, 24-hour room service and built-in TVs. The hotel will have a restaurant and wine bar, a roof terrace restaurant, and a speakeasy cocktail bar. Three private event spaces are available for meetings and events. The largest space will have capacity for up to 28 guests.
