Workspace provider Spaces has announced plans for a fourth London hub, to be located in the city’s Marylebone district.

Space Fitzrovia is scheduled to open in March 2018, and will be housed within The Harley Building on the corner of New Cavendish Street and Hallam Street, within walking distance of Regent’s Park, Great Portland Street and Oxford Circus Underground stations.

Features will include an open plan co-working area, meeting rooms available for hire, and 100 private offices. There will also be a café, and “an exclusive roof terrace boasting 360 degree views of the city”.

The group recently opened a hub within City Point tower, and also has facilities within the Park Royal Business Park, and off Oxford Street.

Commenting on the news Richard Morris, UK CEO, Spaces, said:

“We’re delighted to have secured the acquisition of such an outstanding building.  The Harley Building is an exciting addition to our network in the UK, providing a new business location with excellent transport links.

“Marylebone is famously a hotbed of innovation, renowned for its creative institutions from the London College of Fashion to University of the Arts London (UAL). This makes the area the perfect fit for Spaces and we expect strong take up from the nearby creative industries.”
