Eurostar has launched a winter cocktail menu for its new Business Premier lounge at Paris Gare du Nord.

Crafted by the London Cocktail Club, the cocktails are designed to “encapsulate Eurostar’s heritage”, and feature quintessentially British ingredients and French spirits such as cucumber juice, fresh rosemary, Côtes de Provence and Pastis.

A selection of non-alcoholic cocktails is also on offer, designed by Michelin star chef and Eurostar’s Business Premier culinary director Raymond Blanc OBE. Existing cocktails on the Business Premier menu include the Angelique, which uses the rail operator’s own gin – designed by Raymond Blanc and created by Silent Pool Distillers.

Opened in February this year, Eurostar’s new Paris Business Premier lounge is housed in a 19th century building, featuring high ceilings, marble fireplaces and artwork curated by the Hospital Club in London. There is an open kitchen, serving canapés, salads, juices and hot and cold seasonal dishes.

Business Traveller recently reviewed the lounge when travelling on Eurostar’s Paris-London route.
