Shanghai is set to welcome more than 180 airline and airport industry professionals in November when it hosts the Passenger Loyalty China Summit 2017.

Taking place between November 16 and 17, the forum will also include members from hotel, cruise, car rental and financial partners, along with loyalty solutions providers. Industry personnel will gather to discuss insights, trends and plans regarding loyalty and reward programmes.

This will span airline and airport loyalty programmes, along with non-airline partnerships, coalitions and co-brands.

Key speakers include individuals from airlines including Air China, China Southern, China Eastern, Etihad, Cathay Pacific, Virgin Australia and the Skyteam and U-Fly alliances.

Meanwhile airport professionals from Shanghai Airport Authority, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Auckland International Airport and Christchurch International Airport will also be in attendance.
