Accorhotels will be launching its Singapore Food and Wine Festival this November, providing guests the opportunity to experience unique culinary offerings, master classes and one-off events at its 40 restaurants and bars in the city.

Taking place over nine days from November 4-12, the event will showcase recipes from more than 100 of the group’s chefs from across its network, which guests will be able to sample. Other highlights include a pool party, which will take place across several of the group’s properties in the city, along with cocktail shaking and baking classes, and the opportunity to go behind-the-scenes into the restaurants’ kitchens.

The event is then set to conclude with a “Super Sunday” brunch at the Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort and Spa, with signature dishes from all 40 F&B outlets on offer.

“The Accorhotels Singapore Food and Wine Festival will provide guests the chance to sample the best recipes from more than 100 chefs across our network, learn how to expertly prepare some Singaporean classics, see behind the scenes of our kitchens and experience a multi-sensory, multicultural culinary adventure across the city,” said Kirk Westaway, the chef of Michelin-starred Jaan at Swissotel The Stamford.

Attendees can also collect stamps at the event using a special “Foodie Passport”, which will then give them a chance to win a trip to other Accorhotels destinations with British Airways, one of the event’s sponsors.

“We have never before hosted a festival on this grand scale and it speaks to the passion Singaporeans have for food and the pride we have in the fabulous restaurants and bars that we manage across the city,” said Michael Issenberg, Accorhotels Asia Pacific’s chairman and COO.

Guests will be able to book tickets for individual events at accorhotelsfoodfestival.com, though the website will only be going live towards the end of the month. Tickets for the pool party on November 4 start at S$22 (US$16), and tickets for the festival set menu from November 4 to 12 start at S$15 (US$11), however prices for the brunch on November 12 have yet to be confirmed. Additional information about the festival will be made available later this month.
