Historic Hong Kong hotel Hullett House has become a member of Harbour Plaza Hotels and Resorts, a major hospitality management company in the region.
Located on Canton Road in the district of Tsim Sha Tsui, the design-led hotel joins a number of major hotels in the group under four brands: Harbour Grand, Harbour Plaza, Rambler and Grand Lucayan.
Originally opened in 1881, Hullett House, Hong Kong’s former Marine Police Headquarters, has ten individually-themed suites, the smallest of which is 74 sqm, with high ceilings, wooden floors and balconies in all.
Preserving its unique history, the public spaces are styled using colonial décor, retaining the building’s original architecture such as the stables where police horses were once kept.
