Last month, The Birdcage Mukteshwar, a boutique hotel opened its doors in the Shasbani village of Nainital, Uttarakhand.
It features six rooms under the categories of Luxury (Peach and Plum), Deluxe (Ivy and Apple) and Superior (Jasmine and Cherry Blossom), in addition to a Apricot suite. In-room amenities across all categories include a 40-inch HD television, tea/coffee making facilities, a minibar, heated mattress during winters and wifi.
Except for the Jasmine (base category) room, all other accommodation on the property have an uninterrupted view of the Himalayas. The Jasmine and Cherry Blossom rooms open into a shared garden, whereas the others have private gardens.
The property’s food and beverage offerings include a buffet, as well as an a la carte menu – serving Indian and Continental cuisines.
