India’s national carrier, Air India will launch direct flights to Washington, Los Angeles, Dallas, Stockholm, Nairobi and Tel Aviv this year.
The chairman and managing director of Air India, Ashwani Lohani posted on Facebook yesterday:
Flight AI103 will depart from New Delhi at 0115 and arrive in Washington at 0715. Return flight AI104 will depart from Washington at 1100 and arrive in New Delhi at 1030 the next day.
This route will be served by a B777-200LR on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday.
Air India will announce schedules for the other direct flights, shortly.
