Workspace provider Spaces is to open its second London site later this year, situated within the Park Royal Business Park next to the A40 and Hanger Lane gyratory.
Spaces Park Royal will offer 23,000 square feet of workspace, including meeting rooms, offices, shared space, breakout networking areas, an outdoor terrace and a café.
The facility will be located close to Hanger Lane and Park Royal Underground stations, which are on the Central and Piccadilly Lines respectively.
The new workspace will join the group’s existing site off Oxford Street (pictured above), and the recently opened Gerrards Cross facility.
Further locations are also under development in Glasgow, Teddington, Marlow and Liverpool.
