Turkish Airlines will launch new services to Havana and Caracas next month.

The carrier will offer a non-stop service between Istanbul and Havana, with the flight then continuing onto Caracas.

The route will operate three times-weekly from December 20, with flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

Return fares to both destinations start from US$699, and during the first six months of operation Miles and Smiles members can benefit from a 25 per cent reduction in the number of miles needed to redeem either award tickets or upgrades on the new routes.

The new destinations add to Turkish Airlines’ existing routes to the Americas, which include Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, Bogota, Panama, Toronto, Montreal, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Washington, Boston, San Francisco, Miami and Atlanta.
