Thai Airways’ first Airbus A380 aircraft has rolled out of the Airbus Hamburg facility with a coat of fresh paint of the airline’s livery.
The aircraft, having completed this stage and cabin installation, will enter its final phase in Hamburg of flight and ground tests before being delivered to the carrier in the third quarter of this year.
The carrier has revealed it will equip its superjumbo aircraft with wifi internet access and mobile phone services (see story here). For a video of the interiors of the new aircraft, click here and for a seatplan, click here.
Thai has a total of six A380s on order and it will be the ninth operator in the world using the superjumbo.
