The national carrier of Thailand has confirmed that it will roll out six A380 superjumbos from August next year. Thai Airways pilots have been receiving training in Toulouse since the beginning of this year. Two of them are receiving refresher training at the city’s Airbus facility this week.
THAI Airways has an ongoing fleet renewal programme, which involves the delivery of seven new Airbus A330-300s to be used on medium-haul routes (see news).
