Ascott to be Macau's first international serviced residence

CapitaLand’s Ascott brand will enter Macau in 2014 – the first international serviced residence in the city – to capitalise on the growth of the popular leisure and corporate events destination.
The Ascott Paragon Macau will be located in the commercial and business hub Dynasty District, along the waterfront and close to the Macau International Airport and Ferry Terminal.
It will offer almost 100 units, both studios and one-bedroom units, each equipped with a kitchen. Other facilities will include a swimming pool, gym, business centre and residents’ lounge.
