Guide to T5: Arrivals
Passengers arriving at Terminal 5 will find 36 immigration desks, with a fast-track option for non-EU passport holders travelling in first and Club World.
Transfer passengers will be directed through glass corridors around the perimeter of the building to the Flight Connections Centre. Bags being transferred for connecting flights will be fast-tracked using the Bagtrax system (see Baggage system).
IRIS
There will be two IRIS gates for passengers passing through immigration on arrival at T5. The enrolment room is located in the departures lounge as you go through southern security before the Thomas Cook outlet (see map on page 28) – opening times to be confirmed.
LOUNGE
The Galleries Arrivals lounge includes a full restaurant for first class passengers, self-service breakfast bar for Club World customers and gold card holders, free wifi and wired internet through computer terminals, more spa facilities, six “infinity” bathrooms, and 94 shower rooms with valet boxes for suit pressing.
