Qatar Airways will increase its Doha-Muscat service to five daily flights from August 1, 2016.

Passengers travelling from Muscat will be able to connect through Doha’s Hamad International airport and will have access to the airline’s Al Mourjan business class lounge.

The new flight, which will be operated with an A320, will depart from Doha at 0220, arriving in Muscat at 0500, with the return flight departing from Muscat at 0645 and landing in Doha at 0725.

This year the airline launched routes to Los Angeles, Ras Al Khaimah, Sydney, Boston, Birmingham, Adelaide, Yerevan, Atlanta and Marrakech. From July, new routes will include Pisa, Sarajevo, Windhoek, Helsinki, Skopje, Krabi, Seychelles, and Chiang Mai.

Qatar Airways now operates 35 weekly flights between Doha and Muscat.
