Dubai has successfully positioned itself as a global transit hub, with Dubai International managing to retain its position as the world’s busiest airport for international passengers in 2016.
Many travellers therefore see little of the UAE city, so in an effort to encourage travellers to better explore its home base, Emirates has launched a new offer providing reduced fares for business and economy seats on flights from Hong Kong to Dubai.
Travellers booking through emirates.com/hk can purchase business class seats starting from HK$26,550 (US$3,421) and economy class from HK$3,090 (US$398). Single travel fares are valid for travel between February 8 and September 26.
Meanwhile, groups of two to eight passengers travelling together between February 8 and March 31 can receive savings of up to HK$4,690 (US$604) per ticket on business and HK$480 (US$62) on economy class seats.
Emirates currently flies four times daily from Hong Kong to Dubai (EK380, EK383, EK386 and EK387), along with 21 weekly flights operated by Airbus A380s.
