Virgin Atlantic has collaborated with designers from One Piece to develop a limited edition “onesie” for its Upper Class passengers.
The airline will test the inflight sleepwear later this month on its long-haul overnight services. It is meant to be a fashionable yet fun alternative to the existing Virgin Atlantic sleep suit.

Fay Burgin, Virgin’s head of global public relations, commented: “One Piece 'onesies' are the original and best and our design teams have been working tirelessly to create a onesie that offers the perfect combination for a satisfying slumber on one of the longest, fully flat, beds in business class.”

The “onesie” is unisex, and resembles a one-piece jumpsuit with a zipper in front. Upper Class passengers are free to take theirs home after their flights.
