Bangkok Airways launches prepaid “Flyer Pass”

Self-styled boutique airline Bangkok Airways has launched a prepaid Flyer Pass scheme consisting of four different flight sectors. The Flyer Pass is divided into four smart packs: Fun, Fusion, Fancy and Freedom. Each set consists of four flight sectors selectable from the card’s designated destinations. Fun costs 9,000 baht (US$265), Fusion costs 12,900 baht (US$379), Fancy is priced at 19,500 (US$573) and the Freedom pass costs 29,000 baht (US$852) The routes are: Fun – Bangkok-Chiang Mai, Bangkok-Sukhothai, Bangkok-Krabi, Bangkok-Phuket, Bangkok-Trat, Samui-Krabi, U-Tapao-Samui, U-Tapao-Phuket, Samui-Phuket Fusion – Bangkok-Samui, Bangkok-Ho Chi Minh, Bangkok-Phnom Penh, Bangkok-Yangon, Chiang Mai-Samui Fancy – Bangkok-Siem Reap, Bangkok-Luang Prabang, Bangkok-Guilin, Bangkok-Xi’an, Samui-Hong Kong, Samui-Singapore Freedom – Bangkok-Hiroshima, Bangkok-Maldives Routes can be changed up to three times at no extra cost and the card has a lifetime of one year until July 30, 2010.
