In the last week of February, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group opened Radisson Blu Jammu in the winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir.

The hotel is a 14-minute drive from Jammu Airport, six minutes from Jammu Tawi Railway Station, and is within proximity to the corporate hub — Bahu Plaza, and industrial estates — Bari Brahmana, Gangyal and Samba.

Radisson Blu Jammu has 119 rooms and suites with free wifi, minibar, an electronic safe, 43-inch LED television, water bottles, and tea and coffee making facilities. Smoking rooms are available on request.

Amongst its 3,716 sqm of meeting and events space is the 1,393 sqm pillar-less Royal Ballroom that can fit 2,000 guests, a 1,145 sqm lawn, three banquet halls, two boardrooms and one video-conferencing room.

Dining options include BLU Plan the all-day restaurant, local and regional cuisines can be enjoyed at Ambrosia, Brew offers quick bites and coffee and tea, and Madiza is the only bar on the property. 

There is also a swimming pool, spa and a gym amongst the leisure facilities at Radisson Blu Jammu.
