The Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An, Vietnam opened its doors this week, following a rebrand and renovation of the former The Nam Hai hotel, formerly managed by the GHM group.

Now officially under the Four Seasons brand, the Hoi An property has undergone notable upgrades, including a renovation of the hotel and existing villas as well as the addition of eight new family villas.

A number of new features have also been added to the property, including a new F&B offering, Beach Bar, which offers Vietnamese bar snacks and Asian tapas, along with Central Coast-inspired cocktails using homegrown ingredients. The resort’s beach and watersports programmes have also been enhanced, while a new kids club has been developed.

Other additions include The Heart of the Earth Spa, which received a new name and concept, and a new Vietnamese cooking school, The Nam Hai Cooking Academy.

General manager Anthony Gill, who previously managed the property under The Nam Hai name, said: “It’s an exciting day as we welcome our first Four Seasons guests, and reintroduce ourselves to those who have known and loved this beautiful resort for years. We’ve taken the best of everything The Nam Hai has to offer and made it even better.”

Gill added that new experiences will be unveiled in the New Year, including new cultural and heritage activities.

The new Vietnam hotel comes following the announcement earlier this month that Four Seasons will be opening a new Kuala Lumpur property in early 2018.
