Ascott opens two Citadines serviced residences in Hong Kong

The Ascott Limited has opened two Citadines-branded properties in Hong Kong – Citadines Harbourview Hong Kong and the newly rebranded Citadines Mercer Hong Kong.

This new serviced residence is located within three minutes’ walk of Sai Ying Pun MTR station, placing it close to the Central financial district, as well as other popular attractions including Lan Kwai Fong, Cat Street Antique Market and Hollywood Road.

All 52 one-bedroom units are more than 92 sqm each and come with a fully equipped kitchen, a home entertainment system and plenty of storage space. Wifi connectivity is available to all residents, along with the ever-useful Handy smartphone, which provides unlimited mobile data, local calls and international calls to ten countries.

Recreational facilities include a 24-hour fitness centre and a rooftop terrace. Guests also have the option to choose from a number of add-on services, including laundry, dry-cleaning, babysitting, doctor-on-call, courier and airport transfers.

To commemorate its opening, Citadines Harbourview Hong Kong is offering up to 30 per cent discounts, with daily rates starting at HK$910 (US$117) for stays until October 31. Ascott Online Advantage members will receive an additional 10 per cent off the discounted price.

Citadines Mercer Hong Kong

Located in Sheung Wan, Citadines Mercer Hong Kong is a rebrand of The Mercer, which Ascott acquired back in 2014 for HK$545 million (US$70 million).

The serviced residence is situated close to Sheung Wan MTR station, and is within walking distance of the Hong Kong–Macau Ferry Terminal (five minutes) and International Finance Centre (ten minutes).

It offers 55 apartments that are split into three categories – Studio Executive (32 sqm), Studio Premier (37 sqm) and One-Bedroom Executive (52 sqm). There is also a fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool and lounge on site.
