Marriott Hotels India is to terminate its operating contract with Neo Capricorn Plaza for the Courtyard Pune City Centre from June 10.
The hotel has been managed by Marriott since July 2011, and is one of four Marriott properties in the city, the other three being the Courtyard Pune Chakan, Courtyard Pune Hinjewadi, and JW Marriott Hotel Pune.
The hospitality group said that bookings will transition smoothly to other hotels once the management contract ends.
At present it’s not clear if the property will be rebranded within another hotel group, or will operate independently.
