Park Inn rebrands as “Park Inn by Radisson”

3 Jun 2010 by BusinessTraveller
Rezidor Hotel Group is to add the Radisson name to its Park Inn brand, with the rebranding due to start in the UK, and due for completion across the portfolio by the end of 2011. Rezidor recently rebranded its Radisson SAS portfolio of hotels (a legacy of the group’s previous links with Scandinavian Airlines) as Radisson Blu (see online news February 5, 2009), and will now link its Park Inn brand with the Radisson name. In a statement Rezidor’s president and CEO Kurt Ritter said he was confident the brand endorsement “will further increase the brand awareness for both Park Inn and Radisson”. The rebranding will be a “gentle evolutionary process across Europe, Middle East and Africa”,  with all properties making the transition to the Park Inn by Radisson name by the end of 2011.
